Insert new card side 2 up. 1. Turn a new card over end to end so side 2 is facing up. 2. Insert the card in the printer. 3. If the card is not immediately picked, press the printers User button or click OK.

Card blocking exit sensors. A card is blocking the Kiosk exit sensors. If an external card reader is connected to the embosser: 1. Set up the external card reader to receive the card. 2. Perform error recovery. This should move the card to the reader. 3. Return the card to the embosser, or remove the card from the reader. If an external card reader is not connected to the embosser: 1. Open the shutter, if installed. 2. Perform error recovery. This should move the card to the card reject tray.
