President and Chief Executive Officer
Todd Wilkinson was appointed President and CEO of Entrust Datacard in June 2008. Mr. Wilkinson first joined Datacard Group in 2005 as the company's Chief Financial and Administrative Officer. Previously, he served as Chief Financial Officer for GE Healthcare Financial Services-HPSC. Wilkinson also served in financial management roles at GE Fleet Services, Eden Prairie, Minnesota; GE Auto Financial Services, Barrington, Illinois and USG Corporation in Chicago, Illinois. Mr. Wilkinson holds both a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science degree from Northern Illinois University.
Senior Vice President, Product Development
Mike Baxter joined Entrust Datacard in 2010 as Vice President, Product Development. Previously he held the position of Vice President, Engineering and Operations for FSI International. He also held leadership positions in new product development for the Solvay Group, in Europe and the U.S. Mr. Baxter holds a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Minnesota.
President and CEO, Datacard China
Timothy Cheung joined Entrust Datacard in 2012 as president and CEO of Datacard China. He takes a holistic view of strategy in China with direct supervision over sales, marketing, engineering, manufacturing and supply chain as well as supporting functions in the country. Previously Mr. Cheung was president of SAP China and previously spent 22 years with IBM in a variety of escalating leadership roles. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Chinese University of Hong Kong.
John Di Leo
Senior Vice President, Global Sales and Service
John Di Leo joined Entrust Datacard in 2010 as Senior Vice President of Global Sales and Service. Previously Mr. Di Leo held senior leadership roles at NCR including regional vice president for North America, where he was responsible for approximately $2B of annual revenue and vice president global services sales, marketing and product management. Mr. Di Leo holds a Master of Science in Business degree from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Science degree from Western Connecticut State University.
Senior Vice President, Human Resources
Lynnette Heath joined Entrust Datacard as Vice President of Global Human Resources in 2009. Previously she hold roles at GE with the most recent being the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at GE Capital Fleet Services. She also held a variety of other HR leadership positions during her 9 years with GE. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a Masters in Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota.
Chief Financial Officer
Kurt Ishaug was named Chief Financial Officer in December 2008 and now also has responsibility for Legal and Information Systems. Mr. Ishaug first joined Datacard Group in 2006 as Vice President of Planning and Analysis. Previously, he held financial leadership positions with GE Commercial Finance, most recently leading the global planning and analysis function. Mr. Ishaug holds a Master of Business Taxation degree from the University of Minnesota – Carlson School of Business and a Bachelor degree in Accounting from North Dakota State University.
Senior Vice President, Strategy Execution & Business Process
Chris Pelletier is the Senior Vice President of Strategy Execution & Business Process responsible for process effectiveness globally and driving strategic initiatives. Mr. Pelletier joined Datacard Group as Business Process Leader in 2010. Prior to joining Datacard Group, Chris held Senior Leadership positions at Four51 and Concur Technologies. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Finance from California State University, a Master of Science in Management – MIS, and a MBA from the University of Maryland.
Senior Vice President, Business Development
Mike Schnaus is Senior Vice President of Corporate Development, responsible for mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures and strategic alliances with outside companies on a global basis. Mr. Schnaus has over 26 years of experience in corporate development/corporate finance, having previously held management positions in this role at Alliant Techsystems (formerly Honeywell), and public corporations in Los Angeles and Phoenix. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in accounting from the University of Notre Dame, a Masters of Business Administration in accounting & finance from UCLA, and did post-graduate studies in business taxation at the University of Southern California.
Senior Vice President, Operations
Jeff Smolinski is Senior Vice President of Operations, providing strategic and operational direction to its global continuation technology, manufacturing and supplier management functions. Prior to joining Entrust Datacard, Mr. Smolinski was Senior Vice President of worldwide operations for X-Rite, Inc., the world leader in color management and color measurement technologies. He holds a Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Michigan Technological University.
Russell St. John
Senior Vice President, Global Marketing
Russell St. John joined Entrust Datacard as Senior Vice President of Global Marketing in 2008. Previously he was Senior Vice President of Marketing and Operations at Katun Corporation, the largest provider of aftermarket supplies in the digital printing industry. He also held a number of leadership positions during his 20 years with GE Aviation Services. He holds an MBA and a Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering and material science from the University of Connecticut.
General Counsel and Secretary
Lisa Tibbits was named General Counsel and Secretary of Entrust Datacard in April, 2007. Ms. Tibbits first joined Datacard Group in 2000 as a Senior Corporate Attorney. Previously, she served as Corporate Counsel for Rainforest Café restaurants worldwide and worked for the firm Leonard, Street and Deinard in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Ms. Tibbits is licensed to practice law in Minnesota and California and holds a Juris Doctor degree from Hamline University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from Arizona State University.
President, Entrust, Inc.
David Wagner serves as the President of Entrust, an Entrust Datacard company. He joined Entrust in 1996 as controller and has helped lead a number of key strategic initiatives, including taking Entrust public, private and guiding the company through the acquisition by Datacard Group. He has also served as the Entrust’s CFO and treasurer during his 18-year career with the company. Prior to joining Entrust, Wagner held various finance and accounting positions at Nortel Networks (1991-1995) and Raytheon Systems (1982 to 1991). He is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University, where he received an undergraduate degree in accounting and a master’s of business administration.
